Please read the waiver below. I know that participating as a volunteer in the Aetna Park to Park 10 Miler and 5 Miler races is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated as a volunteer in the races, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with race participants, the effects of the weather including rain, high heat, extreme cold, and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Alamo Events L.P., Aetna Park to Park 10 Miler and 5 Miler and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation as a volunteer in the races even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
